Provider

The company All2U services s. r. o., ID No.: 52500471, registered office: Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovak Republic (hereinafter also “Provider”) is the provider of the information systems in which this company processes your personal data as personal data of the data subject.

The provider proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with the legal order of the Slovak Republic, taking the utmost care of the privacy of the persons concerned and the protection of the personal data it processes.

Reasons for processing personal data

The processing of the personal data obtained and provided is an essential part of the Provider’s activities. Without the processing of personal data, the Provider would not be able to provide its services in the required scope and quality to its clients, potential clients, business partners or other persons concerned.

Basis for processing personal data

The current legislation allows for the processing of personal data on the basis of several legal bases, and the processing of personal data may take place without the consent of the data subject.

If there is no other legal basis for the processing of personal data, personal data will only be processed on the basis and to the extent of the consent of the data subject.

Providing data

Personal data processed by the Provider may also be processed by third parties, provided that the Provider so decides or the obligation to provide personal data results from the legal order of the Slovak Republic.

In cases where the choice of the recipient of personal data is up to the Provider, the Provider always takes care when selecting these partners to ensure a high standard of protection of the personal data of the data subject.

The personal data of the person concerned may be processed in the countries of the European Union and countries that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The transfer of personal data may only occur to third countries whose legal regime is considered by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data.

The recipients of personal data processed by the Provider can be divided into the following categories:

  1. business partners providing physical and software service of the Provider’s information technologies, especially information systems, computer programs and servers necessary for the performance of the Provider’s business activities,
  2. business partners providing advertising and marketing services of the Provider,
  3. business partners ensuring the fulfilment of the Provider’s obligations in the field of legal services, HR, tax, audit and accounting,
  4. registration authorities in the performance of the Provider’s business activities,
  5. public administration authorities, in cases where the Provider is obliged to provide personal data under a generally binding legal regulation or a decision of a public administration authority (in particular courts, judicial authorities, bailiffs)

Security of personal data

The Provider processes personal data manually or using electronic information systems. The Provider has taken all necessary measures, not only technical but also personnel and control measures, to ensure the highest possible level of protection of personal data.

Rights of the person concerned

The person concerned has the right to:

  1. request from the Provider access to personal data concerning the person concerned,
  2. to correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data,
  3. object to the processing of personal data,
  4. the portability of personal data,
  5. lodge a complaint or a motion to initiate proceedings with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic,
  6. withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

The Provider is obliged to notify the data subject of a personal data breach without undue delay if such a personal data breach may lead to a high risk to the rights of the data subject.
